As a Software Development Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, reliable, and efficient software solutions. You’ll work closely with other engineers, contribute to the full software development lifecycle, and help create innovative technology that impacts lives worldwide.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Participate in the full software development process, working independently and in collaboration with other engineers.
- Lead or contribute to software design, applying best practices and delivering clean, efficient code.
- Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, and system testing) to ensure performance and reliability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold quality standards and encourage best practices.
- Support DevOps in software deployment and ensure performance metrics are met.
- Diagnose and resolve defects by analyzing logs, reproducing issues, and applying effective fixes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (system architecture diagrams, API specifications, user guides).
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, OOP, REST APIs, AOP, AMQP, JDBC, JPA, Hibernate, Maven, GitHub, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SonarQube, Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss, SQL Optimization, Eclipse/IntelliJ/JDeveloper, Agile Methodology, SDLC, API Design & Integration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
- 2–4 years of hands-on backend development experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Strong logical problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to translate high-level designs into working code with minimal support.
Preferred:
- 6–10 years of strong coding experience in enterprise applications.
- Prior exposure to the healthcare domain.
- Experience with microservices architecture and security.
