As a Software Development Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, reliable, and efficient software solutions. You’ll work closely with other engineers, contribute to the full software development lifecycle, and help create innovative technology that impacts lives worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Participate in the full software development process, working independently and in collaboration with other engineers.
• Lead or contribute to software design, applying best practices and delivering clean, efficient code.
• Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, and system testing) to ensure performance and reliability.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold quality standards and encourage best practices.
• Support DevOps in software deployment and ensure performance metrics are met.
• Diagnose and resolve defects by analyzing logs, reproducing issues, and applying effective fixes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (system architecture diagrams, API specifications, user guides).
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
• 2–4 years of hands-on backend development experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Strong logical problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to translate high-level designs into working code with minimal support.

Preferred:

• 6–10 years of strong coding experience in enterprise applications.
• Prior exposure to the healthcare domain.
• Experience with microservices architecture and security.
